Hello. Please drag your mouse to the DEAD CENTER of the page!
Someone mentioned using the wallpaper from the Haunted Mansion as a computer background. I did my best to create one, and here it is! This is the wallpaper in the long hall at the beginning of the ride, the hall with all the doors.I made several versions, and here are the best ones. Typing shows up better on the lighter versions. They can be used as Desktop Wallpaper, or web page backgrounds. They all work as "tiled" images.
If you just want to use one as Desktop Wallpaper-Right-click on the one you want to use, and select "Set as Wallpaper".
To save the image as a JPG file- Right-click, and select "Save background as".To make it really look good, go to your Control Panel (Windows), and click "Display". Go to "Appearance", and select a Desktop Color that closely matches the background. Now the little labels for your desktop shortcuts will blend in well.
If you want to save it so you don't lose the file the next time you set a new wallpaper, look in your Windows folder for a file called either "Internet Explorer Wallpaper.bmp", or "Netscape Wallpaper.bmp".
Re-name this to "Haunted House.bmp". Now, go to the Control Panel, and click "Display". Go to "Background", and you will see "Haunted House" under Wallpaper! Click "Tile", then "OK".
These are the original sized images I started with.
