GENERAL INFORMATION

Visitors: You must immediately report to the office whenever you visit the school. We maintain this policy for the safety of your child.

Leaving school grounds: If you are picking up your child, you must come to the office to get him/her. If your child is not leaving school in the usual manner, you must send a note explaining how she/he will be departing.

Medicine: Please inform the office whenever your child needs to take a prescription drug. We will give you a copy of the Marion County medicine policy and a permission form, which your doctor will need to complete.

Meals: The school provides your child with an opportunity to have breakfast and lunch. The cost for breakfast is $.40 and $.75 for lunch. We will send you a bill at the beginning of each new month, which gives you the cost of meals consumed during the previous month.

Volunteers: If you are planning to volunteer at the school or as a chaperone, submit your request to the office by the last day of September. We will then turn your name into the Marion County Board of Education for approval. TB tests may be requested if you will be volunteering and working in the classrooms with students.
